 As a Product Delivery Manager in Fusion, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.  In this role, you will lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful project delivery. You will develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress against these plans. You will also coordinate and manage technical release processes, ensuring smooth and timely deployment of software and system updates
 Job responsibilities
  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners 
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery. This involves developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, while diligently tracking progress against these plans. 
  • Coordinate and manage technical release processes to ensure the smooth and timely deployment of software and system updates.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Ensure adherence to data management best practices, including data governance, data quality, and data security.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies 
  • Proficient in release management who can expertly coordinate and execute software releases, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and seamless communication across all stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on data management and analytics.
  • Knowledge of data solutions and data management principles, including data governance, data quality, and data security.
  • Background or knowledge of Securities Services data, Public or Private Asset Reference Data desirable.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly desirable
