The Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and leading the maintenance team on shift, prioritizing the safety of the team members and collaborating with the manufacturing team to achieve production goals and PM completion. This position will be reported to the maintenance Manager.

This is a 3rd Shift opening: The hours are: 5:30PM - 4:00 AM (Sunday - Thursday)

On a typical day you will:

• Promote EH&S and quality polices.

• Conduct 5s and safety inspections

• To ensure equipment availability to support production target for the shift.

• To engage in Root cause analysis of repeat / major breakdowns and provide reports with suggested improvements

• To facilitate the PM schedules and make recommendations for improvement

• To support the internal customers with technical issues

• Ensure 5s within the maintenance area

• To coach and direct maintenance crew, delegating work functions to them

• Assists team members with complex technical machinery problems

• Collaborate with team members to discuss upcoming work assignments; delegates assignments based on team members skills and experience.

• Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner

What You Will Need to be Successful:

• Strong emphasis on problem solving.

• Target driven, understand KPI and motivate team to achieve

• Team player and promotes a team approach to problem solving

•  Ability to delegate and to promote team building culture

• To be able to communicate technical issues and conduct start of shift briefs

• Capable of troubleshooting and repair problems in machinery, Salvagnini and TRUMPF

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as needed to complete reports, logs, and inventory

• Capable to lift 35 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree related to automation, electro mechanic, HVAC, electronics, and 5 years of proven experience in industrial maintenance servicing and troubleshooting CNC machinery; Or 10 years of proven experience in industrial maintenance with Team leadership
