Experience with large-scale React applications is a plus.</p></li><li><p>State Management: Experience with both React Query for server-state management and Redux for client-side state management. Understanding of when and how to use each effectively.</p></li><li><p>Routing: Familiarity with modern routing solutions, ideally TanStack Router.</p></li><li><p>UI Framework/Styling: Experience with Tailwind CSS and a component library like shadcn/ui. Understanding of responsive design principles and CSS best practices.</p></li><li><p>Accessibility (a11y): Strong understanding of WCAG guidelines and experience building accessible web applications. Knowledge of accessibility testing tools and techniques.</p></li><li><p>Testing: Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Playwright and React Testing Library.
