This position requires you to work onsite and reside in the Indianapolis area.
As a Data Analyst at IHC, you will be pivotal in advancing our mission and goals by providing comprehensive data support to our staff. Your strong organizational and project management skills will be essential in coordinating technical projects effectively. In this position, you will be responsible for data reporting, creating and generating insightful reports, and assisting in analyzing data from the eCW application. With a solid data analysis foundation, extensive Microsoft Azure ecosystem experience, and proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI, you will work closely with IHC executives and staff to understand their data challenges and deliver actionable insights that drive our business forward. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Interpretation and Insight Generation: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights, particularly within the medical industry, to inform strategic decisions
- Development and Maintenance: Build and maintain robust data models and reporting frameworks using Microsoft PowerBI, ensuring precision and ease of access for all stakeholders
- Customer Collaboration: Engage directly with clients to understand their data needs and deliver customized solutions that align with their objectives
- Data Workflow Management: Oversee and refine data processes within Microsoft Azure, maintaining high standards of data integrity
- Cross-Functional Team Integration: Collaborate with various teams to integrate data analytics seamlessly into our broader technology ecosystem

All-inclusive compensation and benefits package:
- $82,329.00 - $92,208.48 (Variance based on education and experience)
