Reporting to the Product Director, you’ll drive operational excellence across the product lifecycle, ensuring we scale effectively while staying user-focused and insight-driven.</p><p>You’ll act as the glue between product, design, engineering, and commercial teams -putting the right processes, tools, insights, and feedback loops in place to support smarter decision-making and seamless product delivery.</p><p>We see the following qualities as important to thrive and evolve in this role:<br/></p><ul> <li>Strategic thinking with a strong ability to align product strategies with business objectives and customer needs.</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, effectively engaging across diverse levels of the organization.</li> <li>Data-driven decision-making, with a strong analytical mindset for tracking metrics and optimizing performance.</li> <li>Adaptable problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges in dynamic environments.</li> </ul><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities  </strong></p><ul> <li>Run user research and structure feedback into actionable insights</li> <li>Manage idea intake and foster a culture of innovation</li> <li>Own product analytics and drive data-informed decisions</li> <li>Lead product maintenance, defects prioritization, and localization workflows</li> <li>Support user migrations and internal stakeholder enablement</li> <li>Champion tools, processes, and best practices for scaling</li> <li>Oversee roles, permissions, and subscription management in our new platform</li> </ul><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications </strong> <br/></p><ul> <li>Strong experience (ideally 5+ years) in Product Management or Product Operations roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS setting</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and experience with Data Analytics tools (Amplitude, Quicksight, or similar)</li> <li>Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and expertise with backlog management tools such as Jira.</li> <li>Proven ability to structure feedback and support cross-functional teams</li> <li>Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management</li> <li>A user-first mindset and drive for continuous improvement</li> <li>Fluent in written and spoken English </li> </ul><p><strong><strong><br/></strong></strong></p><p><strong>Start date</strong>: As soon as possible<strong><br/>Duration</strong>: Full time<strong><br/>Workplace type</strong>: Hybrid <strong><br/>Location</strong>: Copenhagen, Denmark or Utrecht, Netherlands<strong><br/>Application Deadline</strong>: 31.10.2025.
