The company’s enduring success is attributed to a passion for creativity, strong ethics, and the dedication of its people, who share a commitment to the company's vision of making a difference in people’s lives.</p><p>Due to continuous growth and expansion, <strong>Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals</strong> offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a <strong>Customer Supply Senior Officer </strong>for the Customer Supply Chain department at our <strong>Marousi premises</strong>.</p><p>As a<strong> Customer Supply Senior Officer, </strong>the ideal candidate will receive, process, follow up regular and launch customer orders, handle customers inquiries and supply complaints covering items or products ordered. He/she will maintain an  ongoing relationship with selected customers and BD staff.</p><p>More particularly:</p><ul> <li>Record and process orders for already launched molecules and/or inquires received by mail, telephone, and/or through personal (f2f) customer contact</li> <li>Be responsible for the entry of commercial Regular and Launch Purchase orders per customer, for company’s already launched molecules, into SAP system after checking the requested delivery date versus contractual lead time, forecasts, quantity versus MOQs, supply price, incoterms, payment terms, versus the contractual ones, demonstrated into relevant Supply Agreements</li> <li>Provide on time and accurate information to customers regarding orders status and updated open orders report upon request, or in the frequency agreed (ad hoc basis) with the customer, depicting the status and key information for the open orders. Inform clients for the progress /readiness for dispatch of their orders on a regular basis, by combining updated info communicated from internal depts regarding production/packaging schedule, CMO campaign slots, API availability dates, quality and RA topics affecting the delivery etc</li> <li>Close communication with internal departments like Planning, Logistics/Exports, QA, QC and RA to update the customers for supply related topics</li> <li>Handling of queries/issues addressed to CS by customers, targeting to have them efficiently elaborated by concerned departments</li> <li>Track order activity, and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems</li> <li>Obtain customers forecasts on a monthly basis.
