Customer Support Engineer

<p></p><p></p><p><span><span><b>Introduction:</b></span></span></p><p><span><span>We are looking for a technical support specialist and a administrative profile for our Global Marine service organization who can ensure technical clarification of spare parts inquiries , obtain and maintain data in our EPR system. In our Global Parts center, we supply spare parts for all types of refrigeration and HVAC systems, as well as fire-fighting equipment, both for our own and other brands.</span></span></p><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><span><b>Profile 1 – A strong technical profile:</b></span></span></p><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><span>The daily tasks will include:</span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Technical support for incoming spare part inquiries mainly within cooling and fire extinguishing systems for the marine and offshore segment.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Contact to our internal and external suppliers for technical clarification</span></span></li><li><span><span>Obtaining prices and lead time for items.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Creation of new items in the ERP system as well as price updates</span></span></li><li><span><span>Communication and collaboration with team,customers and stakeholders in an efficient and clear way</span></span></li><li><span><span>Active participation in quality assurance and knowledge sharing</span></span></li></ul><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><span>Who we are looking for:</span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Technical background with strong technical insight either as a refrigeration technician or marine and technology engineer.</span></span></li><li><span><span>It is an advantage if the person has hands-on experience with cooling units and fire extinguishing systems from the marine &amp; offshore industry</span></span></li><li><span><span>It is an advantage if the person has experience with a project management tool and have worked with an order system</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience with the MS office package and navigation in IT systems</span></span></li><li><span><span>Fluent in English both orally and in writing</span></span></li></ul><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><span>As a person:</span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Cooperative and a team player</span></span></li><li><span><span>Skilled communicator with great interface internally as well as externally</span></span></li><li><span><span>The person is able to have a good overview and value quality highly, even when things are going really fast</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ability to prioritize tasks </span></span></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
