What you can expect
The PGIM Center Finance team is seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, and skilled individual who will fill a Director role on the team. This is a leadership position that will be the Finance point of contact for the PGIM Chief Information and Technology Officer (CTO) to drive strategic decision making.
This individual will provide meaningful, insightful, and actionable analytics to our business, technology, and corporate stakeholders. This will entail:
·The development of a multi-year forecast projection of operational and strategic investments for the businesses.
·The reporting of technology/initiative spending and outcomes against plans and business requirements.
·Provide a clear articulation of opportunities, risks and challenges to business plans.
·Responsible for driving and adding value to strategic initiatives, providing key business metrics and work on projects to drive continuous improvement, streamlining and automation.

What you will do
- Leading the development of the multi-year PGIM Global Services and Technology budget/forecast while working closely with PGIM business partners to develop the consolidated expense story.
- Strategically partnering with Finance and Technology leaders to develop insightful business plans and analytics to drive decision-making and facilitate management actions, as appropriate.
- Highlighting and resolving financial management challenges with senior management, and technology and finance business partners.
- Developing and articulating an in-depth understanding of corporate chargebacks and expense drivers, including accounting for capitalization of technology assets.
- Identifying opportunities for automation and determining innovative ways to streamline processes and drive technology expense efficiencies.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and navigate through areas that may not be in direct line of responsibility to transform strategy into action.
What you will bring
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in Planning and Business Analysis required.
- Experienced leader with ability to develop talent.
- Excellent collaborator with communication skills that enable the ability to communicate business and financial results.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong ability to problem solve and proactively improve upon existing processes.
- Agile and organized, structure-oriented individual with ability to appropriately prioritize and juggle many competing deliverables.
- Ability to proactively anticipate issues, provide recommendations, and communicate key issues at the right level at the right time.
- Sense of urgency – Priorities may require quick turn-around for senior preview and presentations.

The salary range for this role is from $160,000 to $175,000.
