Responsibilities / Tasks
As our new local HR Business Partner your primary location will be at our Søborg office. You will become part of a team of 4 HR Business Partners, a Talent Acquisition Partner, and a student worker.
As a HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted HR advisor for the local line managers by ensuring smooth execution of the entire employee life cycle. You will also support the implementation of our global HR agenda, processes, and initiatives, considering local requirements.
You can look forward to a broad role that covers full-spectrum of HR tasks, from hands-on participation in recruitment to leadership sparring – and everything in between. In the day-to-day operations, you will get administrative, back-office support from our HR Operations team in Germany.
More specifically, you will:
- Partner with managers in your area of responsibility for the full HR lifecycle
- Play an active role in recruitment needs, including assisting in interviews and final selections
- Deliver hands on support during annual HR Activities
- Manage local policies and local agreements regarding employment conditions and employee benefits
- Run local Talent Pipeline activities
- Be a strong advocate for our company values.
Your Profile / Qualifications
On a personal level, you value trust as the core of collaboration and the foundation for achieving results. You work independently and can balance a wide variety of tasks. Moreover, you are proactive, take initiative and follow through.
You have experience acting as a sounding board for managers and employees, and you are comfortable engaging with colleagues at all organisational levels.
Finally, we imagine that you have:
- Some years of experience in a full-spectrum HR role
- Knowledge of Danish labour law
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in e.g., organisational psychology, business administration, law, or human resources
- Strong communication skills in Danish and English.
