You will lead out on the end-to-end design, development and implementation of Anaplan models and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Grant Thornton to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions. </span></p><p><span><span lang="EN"><strong><u>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</u></strong></span></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, &amp; build phases. Responsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals, participating in full life cycle implementations</span></p></li><li><span>Optimising existing Anaplan models for performance, usability and functionality, ensuring seamless data flow from source systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Coupa and others.</span></li><li><span>Developing and maintaining processes for Data Integration, Transformation and Reporting, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.</span></li><li><span>Providing technical leadership in redesigning business models across various areas of the Firm, to enhance efficiency and usability.</span></li><li><span>Delivering training and documentation to ensure end-user adoption and effective use of Anaplan models.</span></li><li><span>Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Anaplan systems and integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.</span></li><li><span>Managing multiple projects simultaneously, providing clear timelines, deliverables and status updates to stakeholders.</span></li><li><span>Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in Anaplan development and Financial Systems Management to drive continuous improvement.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span><span lang="EN"><strong><u>Skills and Experience</u></strong></span></span></p><p><span><span lang="EN"><strong>Education and Certifications</strong></span></span></p><ul><li><a name="_Hlk190940749"><span>Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Economics, Business Administration, Finance / Accounting or a related field. </span></a><span lang="EN-GB"> </span></li><li><span>Certified Anaplan Level 1 &amp; 2 Model Builder (Level 3 certification is a plus).</span><span lang="EN-GB"> </span></li><li><span>SCRUM Project Management certification or equivalent.</span><span lang="EN-GB"> </span></li><li><span>Other certifications related to Source Systems would be an advantage.</span><span lang="EN-GB"> </span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span><span><strong>Experience</strong></span><span lang="EN-GB"><strong> </strong></span></span></p><ul><li><span>Proven experience as an Anaplan Developer with a minimum of 5 years in designing, building and maintaining Anaplan models across multiple industries. </span></li><li><span>Strong background in Financial Systems Management, Data Integration, and Performance Optimisation. </span></li><li><span>Hands-on experience with Source Systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Coupa and other ERP or CRM platforms. </span></li><li><span>Proficient in Project Management tools such as Jira, Miro, Asana, MS Office, ServiceNow etc. </span></li><li><span>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a professional serv
