The Role
Work efficiently in conjunction with the CAC broking and support team.
Negotiate and manage the placement of facultative reinsurance utilizing markets interested in accepting Caribbean risks.
Ensure company, market and client-related documentation is issued (internally and externally) accurately and on time.
Comply with external and internal regulatory and statutory policies, procedures and regulations.
Coordinate internal resources, such as analytics, contracts and client services to provide solutions to client(s).
Meet with senior managers of client companies to present materials.
Continual research on industry topics and the development of content to be shared with Clients and Prospects
The Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry, with construction experience desirable.
Required knowledge in developing and giving strategy presentations to clients, reinsurers, and internal groups.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Spanish language proficiency preferable but not compulsory
Some travel will be required as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $135,000.00-$175, 000.00 USD annually.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
