The Opportunity
We are looking for an Account Executive North America & Caribbean to reinforce our Travel Retail Americas Field team at PUIG, a leading luxury company. As Account Executive you will play a crucial role in managing and promoting our Prestige brands. You are highly motivated and result-oriented team player with strong organizational and management skills.
You also have proven relationship-builder skills with internal & external contacts, having the ability to relate to co-workers & Brand Ambassadors.
This position will be based in our Miami Office
What you'll get to do
Ensure transmitting business strategies, product training, and motivation of permanent sales teams BRs hired through the retailer
- Ensure transmitting business strategies, product training, and motivation of permanent sales teams BRs hired through the retailer.
- Successfully define monthly sell out targets per retailer’s team member, follow up, and ensure sufficient stock level at all times.
- Manage and support all doors, collect monthly sell out feedback for doors, propose solutions, and respond to the needs.
- Conduct regular store visits and ensure implementation of POS material agenda, visit requests, preparation, reporting, follow up, showcard, decoration, visual exchange, GWPs, picture.
- Collaborate with the retailer to ensure successful Recruitment, Onboarding, Pre Training and management of new staff, as well as to guarantee setting personal performance objectives & appraisal meetings.
- Coordinating animation requests with Retail Design department and the retailer according to guidelines and deadlines.
- Regular exchange and update with Key Account Manager and Marketing teams on business happenings.
- Among other responsibilities.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- A minimum of 5 years experience in functions or related activities, such as sales, marketing, retail, etc. where the main objective has been to increase sales, brand and or consumer experience.
- Previous experience in Travel Retail working with a Brand Group or a retailer.
- Degree from a business school or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or similar discipline.
- High Organization, Time Management and Priority Setting Skills.
- Analytical skills to assess situations, identify opportunities and propose solutions
- Creative, resourceful and goal oriented.
- Ability to manage a team by setting SMART objectives, provide feedback and coach individuals for development.
- Multicultural sensitivity and awareness to maintain positive relations with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Able to travel extensively about 50 percent of the time to regions under responsibility and occasionally worldwide.
- Fluent in English and Spanish is required. Other languages will be considered a plus.
