About the program

We are looking for innovative, ambitious individuals to join us and work on global products in our key verticals, impacting the lives of millions of users daily.

You will have some of the most talented and experienced software engineers in the industry as mentors to help you ramp up, and a support group you can go to for help and connection.

Your Heroic skills:

To be eligible for our program, you must:

• Have the right to work in Germany

• Have (or be graduating this summer from) a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Computer Science or a related field

  • If graduated, you may also have a max of 1.5 years of work experience in similar job fields

  • Coding bootcamp graduates (recent/upcoming) are also eligible to apply and do not need to meet the degree requirement above

• Have a good understanding or direct experience with coding in relevant languages and technologies (see below), ideally from internships, bootcamps, or open-source projects

• Be an analytical thinker and strong problem solver with a humble, inquisitive approach

• Have good communication and collaboration skills

• Be business fluent in English

• Be excited about working in a fast-moving, agile company where we learn from our mistakes

Technical skills we look for:

• Backend 

  • Python, Java, Golang

• Data

  • SQL, noSQL, cloud services (AWS), data warehousing (BigQuery, Redshift)

• Frontend

  • Typescript, React, Node.js

• Mobile

  • Kotlin, Java, React Native

Generally, we also expect your curiosity in learning/trying out new technologies.
