Posting Title:  Strategy for Optimization and Legal Compliance Intern

Help us get ahead of disease together with our Engineering Reliability and Compliance Team

Education required: Master Degree in Economics & Legal discipline or Management Engineering; Preferred II Level Master in Legal field

Other requirements:

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point  

  • Fluent in Italian;

  • English language fluent;

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Good communication skills, both oral and written; 

  • Internal and external customer focused and oriented. 

  • Demonstrates conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking; 

  • Knowledge of local language (Italian); 

  • Ability to operate cross-functionally and work well within a matrix environment, balance priorities, and handle multiple tasks through good planning, project administration, and organization skills.

What will you do?  

Facility Compliance manages the processes that guarantee compliance with current regulations and company standards. Reports to Site Engineering and acts with power of attorney from the employer for the presentation of practices to the institutions

In this role you will…

  • Development and definition of Strategy for optimization of the process;

  • Request for offer to provider;

  • Service level agreements  review coordination;

  • Contract templates review ;

  • Correspondence management with external suppliers;

  • Coordination of activities with internal stakeholders;

  • Tools update;

  • Ethics & Compliance issues to manage;

Competencies the intern will develop thanks to the internship experience:

Competencies in Strategy for optimization of the process/  Negotiation & purchasing skills/ general Compliance & GMP competencies/ Contracting management skills/ SAP basic/ Ethics & compliance competencies
