Job Highlights:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Pacific with an hour's unpaid break
We are seeking a customer-centric and highly organized Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with partners to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of newly purchased products. You will manage the entire implementation lifecycle, serve as a critical liaison between cross-functional teams, and ensure a seamless partner experience from onboarding through adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with partners to implement purchased products and ensure alignment with their goals and timelines
Manage the full implementation process proactively, ensuring successful delivery and adoption
Collaborate with Sales, Partner Success, and Support teams to enable smooth hand offs and aligned communication
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, gather feedback, and recommend product enhancements
Document and improve internal implementation processes and best practices
Drive ongoing partner engagement and product adoption post-implementation
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in Implementation, Customer Experience, or a similar client-facing role
Demonstrated success in managing multiple implementations or projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support
