DEI Senior Project Manager

Tracks and performs analysis of key company metrics to measure program effectiveness against established goals.
Collaborates with HR and other internal and external partners to ensure a common message and accountability; initiates outreach for DE&I programs to establish a diverse and inclusive culture.
Lead the development of cost-benefit analysis, return on investment forecasts, project proposals, project charters, risk analysis, and project schedules and ensure actual results are tracked for DEI projects and/or programs.
Performs continuous scope analysis, and lessons learned and recommends enhancements and changes to DEI programs.
Develops and manages project schedules.
Identifies and establishes stakeholders and appropriate project governance.
Identifies appropriate project team resources and ensures appropriate staff are secured.
Develops and manages project budgets.
Clearly communicates roles and expectations to project teams.
Escalate issues to stakeholders and project teams and recommend solutions.
Creates and delivers information at an appropriate level for the audience, including presentations and status updates.
Recognizes risk triggers and clearly communicates the situation to project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience with DEI projects and programs
Demonstrated ability as a core decision-maker showing balanced consideration of business issues
Ability to drive results through informal authority, serve as a consultant to key business partners, and represent users and customers in every thought and interaction
Ability to elicit cooperation from Senior Management and other departments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills
Experience with data analysis, identifying data trends and opportunities.
Experience managing programmatic efforts with matrixed groups across different lines of business.
Proven ability to effectively understand and communicate information to a wide variety of technical and non-technical individuals or groups at all levels of the organization
Ability to identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete a project
Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment the in performance of job duties
Preferred Skills
Experience in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space as a project or program manager.

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
