He/she will be ultimately in charge of making the customers audits a success.</p> <p> </p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Participate in early requirements meetings with the customers.</li> <li>Gather customers automotive process related requirements.</li> <li>Translate requirements into Qorvo processes.</li> <li>Help the teams to put in place and follow those processes.</li> <li>Monitor that processes are correctly followed by team members.</li> <li>Help the teams to define corresponding tests to put in place.</li> <li>Ensure that contractors that Qorvo may use apply the expected processes and deliver the expected quality.</li> <li>Be the point of contact for audit that customers will perform.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor or MSEE degree in a relevant software engineering discipline</li> <li>10+ years of automotive industry experience.</li> <li>Already lead this role for minimum 5 years in big Automotive Tier-1 companies</li> <li>Familiar with automotive processes</li> <li>Knowledge on ASPICE, ASIL-D, Autosar.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>An experience of software developers will be appreciated.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>COMPLEMENTARY/INTERDISCIPLINARY SKILLS</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Excellent communicator (internal and external), and at ease with customer facing.</li> <li>Ability to work autonomously.</li> <li>Respond well to pressure.</li> <li>Team player</li> <li>Ability to work on multiple projects / clients simultaneously and to manage priorities.</li> <li>Likes to work on complex projects involving multiple parties and work packages spread among several teams and stakeholders.</li> <li>Understanding of the Customer</li> <li>Work across different cultures</li> <li>A problem-solving approach and a strong desire to see the customer succeed.</li> <li>English: Fluent</li> <li>Ability to travel (up to 20% of the time, internationally).</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>We are Qorvo.
