About the Role:

As a Senior Technical Recruiter with a specific focus on Machine Learning, Quantum Physics, and Artificial Intelligence, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing a world-class team of experts who will drive our company's success. You will work closely with hiring managers, team leads, and stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent. Your ability to understand the complexities of these fields and connect with potential candidates is essential to our mission.

How You Will Help Us Grow:

• Talent Acquisition:
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the technical requirements for candidates within the Quantum Physics, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning domains
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and deliver comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse array of top tier candidates
  • Source, engage, and evaluate candidates through a variety of channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, networking, job boards, and in person events
  • Continue to establish Scalable Processes and Operations for a startup in rapid growth
• Candidate Assessment:
  • Collaborate with our Teams and Hiring Managers to develop and conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments that accurately evaluate candidates' role related skills, and in doing so help set them up for success at SandboxAQ
  • Familiarity with candidates from areas such as machine learning algorithms, quantum computing, deep learning, and natural language processing
  • Providing timely and valuable feedback to hiring managers regarding candidate qualifications
• Pipeline Management:
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain an understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and salary benchmarks for specialized technical roles.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to manage candidate data and develop insights
• Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing information about our company, culture, and the specific roles they are applying for.
  • Continuously seek to improve and streamline the recruitment process to enhance the candidate experience.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and objectives.
  • Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers and team leads to understand their technical and organizational needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, HR, Business, etc.) 
• Nice to have is a degree or experience in a technical field
• Proven experience in technical recruitment with an emphasis on Machine Learning, Quantum Physics, and Artificial Intelligence roles
• Strong understanding of the technical aspects, tools, and methodologies within these fields
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• A demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
