Your Opportunity:
Manage an identified sales territory to meet annual sales targets, customer expectations, as well as the Business Unit's goals and objectives. Build solid ethical business relationships with key customers utilizing a solid knowledge of Greenheck's products, applications, and CAPS software. Develop a working relationship with each Greenheck Business Unit through collaboration.
What you’ll be doing:
- Listen and understand your customer's problems, challenges and opportunities to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Provide product quotes in Computer Aided Product Selection (CAPS) software to customer Engineering and Purchasing personnel
- Update customers regarding the status of their orders
- Work with OEM inside sales personnel to clarify and quantify information regarding customer inquiries, orders, etc.
- Work directly with BU personnel regarding product questions, Special Design Requests (SDR), etc.
- Maintain regular contact with customers including updates on new products, resolve issues, possible problem solutions, design changes, and cost reduction ideas.
- Assist with determining and then obtaining yearly fiscal goals including annual sales and margin.
- Travel, as needed, to meet sales goals and customers’ expectations
What you should have:
- Between 1-5 years of work experience is preferred.
- Work requires a professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, which is equivalent to that which would be acquired by completing a regular four-year college program in Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or other related field.
- Direct sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent listening and people skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work through personal initiative.
- Experience with CRM software preferred.
- Ability to travel US and Canada up to 30 to 50%.
