Job Description:
This role resides within the Cyber Security Operations (CSO) organization, part of Global Information Security (GIS). CSO is responsible for detecting, investigating, and responding to cyber threats across the enterprise. The Insider Threat Investigations Executive will report directly to the Insider Threat Executive, who leads the Insider Threat program within CSO.
Role Description
This is an executive position responsible for leading insider threat investigations across the enterprise. The executive will manage end-to-end investigative processes, including:
- Escalations from GIS teams (e.g., malware, data protection, identity defense)
- Requests from Compliance, Internal Enterprise Investigations (IEI), Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations (ER)
- The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve a global insider threat investigation program
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, HR, and ER to ensure investigations align with privacy and regulatory requirements
- Foster collaboration across GIS and enterprise stakeholders
- Ensure timely and effective response to insider threat incidents
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership in technical and investigative functions
- 10+ years experience in insider threat, investigations, and digital forensics
- Experience building and scaling global teams
- Strong understanding of privacy, compliance, and risk management
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive outcomes
