Job Description

At LinkedIn, hybrid roles are performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. Remote roles are performed from the designated home work location upon time of hire, and any changes to this home work location requires a review of remote status and approval.

As a key member of our HRSD System & Reporting Team, the ideal individual will support Human Resources by leveraging data, best practices, and innovative ideas to improve HR service delivery. This role involves advising and executing on HR data and reporting strategies, driving continuous improvements, and assisting the team in enhancing the employee experience across key moments that matter.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build custom reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics solutions in ServiceNow to monitor operational performance needed to pinpoint inefficiencies and drive HR process improvements.
  • Leverage expertise in ServiceNow data structure to design, manage, and optimize HR data workflows, pipelines, and automated reporting processes.
  •  Work closely with HR leadership and COEs to define key metrics, generate performance reports, provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making, and utilize problem-solving skills to address stakeholder concerns
  • Configure and implement low to no-code HRSD solutions, collaborating with HR case management to improve data retrieval and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with key stakeholders and teams to ensure execution of efficient solution testing of HRSD enhancements and improvements.
  • Provide guidance to HR teams, deliver end-user training, and maintain comprehensive documentation on reporting processes, analytics, and system configurations.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Data Governance teams to translate business needs into HRSD solutions and effectively communicate updates and changes to stakeholders.

  • Support case resolution, ensuring high-quality responses and adherence to best practices. Provide recommendations to improve processes and compliance.
  • Lead the development and dissemination of knowledge, focusing on best practices in HRSD data and reporting.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD, including reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics
  • 2+ years of HR reporting (metrics, KPIs, etc.) experience
  • 2+ years’ experience with HR technology and systems management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow certification (CSA, CIS-HR or CAS-Performance Analytics)
  • Experience with SQL, Excel (advanced), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Visier, Tableau, etc.)
  • Expertise in HR-related data analysis
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of HR operations, processes, and shared services
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving
  • Adept task management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
