We are looking for an Engineering Manager for the SoundCloud Web Engineering team. 

As an Engineering Manager of the Web Engineering team, you will have end-to-end ownership of our web development pipeline. You will be responsible for hiring, managing, and developing a group of talented software engineers working with cutting-edge technologies.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about building best in breed web components, performance optimization, and scalable web architectures. You will do this while working with a team of passionate people, who care deeply about building scalable front-ends and delivering the best solutions to our customers. The desired candidate will have well-rounded, proven web engineering experience, a flexible attitude and an aptitude to mentor as well as to learn from your team. Our ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced agile environment, and is focused on quality driven development.
