Part- Time Temp Trailing Document Analyst – The Auto Club Group

This role is a Part-Time Temporary position that will end August 29, 2025

What you will do:

Under minimal supervision, perform quality assessments for assigned areas within the department. Provides administrative and technical support services to Underwriting Operations and the Insurance Solutions Team in order to achieve departmental and corporate goals relating to growth, profit, premium recovery, and renewal retention. Analyzes, audits, and compares received trailing documents, and updates rating criteria on affected policies and initiates policy adjustments within approved authority. When necessary, will create correspondence with sales agents and/or branch personnel to explain reasons for actions, while also notating the policy.  May perform additional tasks and participate on special projects and ad-hoc requests as assigned.

Temp Trailing Document Analyst will earn a competitive salary of $22.50 an hour.

We’re looking for candidates who:

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent, working towards College Degree

Experience:

• Analyzing, problem solving, and decision making
• Working with Microsoft Office software applications
• Communicating effectively with others

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of:

• Microsoft Office software applications
• User Interfaces
• audit sampling theories

Ability to:

• Review policy characteristics to ensure rating accuracy
• Maintain service level agreements on actions performed
• Identify and report non-compliant or unethical agent behavior
• Quickly and efficiently navigate within computer programs and software applications   
• utilize software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• demonstrate a high level of objectivity, confidentiality, and professionalism

Work Environment 

This is a hybrid work arrangement (time spent in office and remote). Depending on the employee's role and leadership's assessment, some employees will come in to an ACG facility on a weekly basis, a monthly basis, or on an "as needed" basis for key meetings and collaborative activities. Most employees will be required to come into the office, at a minimum, for important departmental meetings or teambuilding events.
