Temp Building Automation Assistant

Salary/Position Classification

• 18.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 10-40 hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

Purpose of Position

The Building Automation Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the team by managing various tasks related to building automation systems. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of trades and office functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Graphics Update in EBI: Update and maintain graphics in the Enterprise Building Integrator (EBI) system.
• As-Built Drawings: Create and update as-built drawings, including Visio drawings.
• Inventory Management: Input inventory data and handle other inventory-related tasks, including managing salvaged items inventories.
• Information Support: Collaborate with the supervisor to ensure information is available for trades as necessary.
• General Office Tasks: Perform general office duties as required.
• Other Duties: Carry out other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma/ GED
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
