Business Process Analyst Sr Advisor

HOW A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST SENIOR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT 

  • Serves as the lead analyst and main coordinator between business stakeholders and development teams to create, gather, and document requirements for data products and data visualizations supporting contract and service performance.

  • Recommends and translates moderately complex business data products and data requirements into designs for data visualizations in the form of briefings, reports, and other major documents provided to senior level client personnel .

  • Ability to identify and analyze business needs and facilitate moderately complex requirements sessions and facilitate scrum meetings with a diverse audience.  

  • Performs functional allocations to identify tasks and their inter-relationships for services and projects. 

  • Champions the use of data governance principles. Prepares moderately complex business-technical documentation such as flow charts, models, procedures, and system specifications to be presented both internally and externally. 

  • Uses quantitative and qualitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis.  

  • Solid understanding of financial concepts related to service performance data. 

  • Must be able to collect service performance data and transform into financial (reports and invoice) for PMO contract support. Researches industry trends for application of process improvement techniques and best practices. 

  • May be responsible for resolution of complex problems escalated by lower level team members 

  • Creates meaningful and trusting relationships with the business by capturing their requests.  

  • Serves as a primary for requirements gathering, performance data, and documentation. 

  • Performs functional modeling based on requirements analysis to measure and report on service status and performance.
