The Impact you will have in this role:

 Being a member of Enterprise Application Support Center of Excellence, the Associate will support the leadership team in establishing, maturing, and driving the implementation of Operational Rotation (OR) program metrics that will help DTCC with resiliency, production stability and risk mitigations.

The Enterprise Application Support – Operational Rotation Center of Excellence team (OR CoE) takes complete ownership of our Application Rotation Program between on-prem and cloud Data Centers including the Resiliency IT (RIT) lab. This job focuses on managing the Operational Rotation Program to onboard application and run those through the OR journey and get it enabled in Production within both DTCC’s datacenters and data bunkers. 

OR CoE team provides program level support to network, storage, compute, and application development teams who deploy their environments into the lab to prove that their hardware and software is resilient and can function across the datacenter complex if any issues occur. Your Primary Responsibilities: 

• Provide oversight of Operational Rotation Process to the entire organization and support both On-prem and Cloud (AWS) based application rotations.
• Provide support to orchestrate Operation Rotation Events for applications.
• Provide continued support for Application Operational Rotation and Data Center Rotation programs. 
• Provide project planning, oversight, and technical review of applications getting onboarded to Operational Rotation program. 
• Manage activities of key stakeholders to meet the demands of IT Leadership Team.
• Create and manage Project Plans across various cross-functional teams.
• Assist on vision development and executions into clear, specific, and achievable objectives for the team.
• Assist in defining standards from Operational Rotation CoE team for all the application team in the organization.
• Assist in providing analytical and reporting capabilities to support decision making by all stakeholders of the program.
• Manage relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on functional changes, including Senior staff.
• Builds partnerships with multiple Stakeholders to influence requirements, identify operational improvement opportunities and guide the execution of those requirements into business solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple customers to discuss program goals.
