Business Operations Manager, Ads

In this role, you will be challenged to drive collaboration across teams, define new processes for the company, craft annual/long range plans, and contribute to our 0 to 1 business models. You will partner with product, finance, DS, and business leaders to solve problems and achieve goals. You enjoy working cross-functionally and are comfortable working with and presenting to leadership. This is a unique opportunity to work on a blend of finance, strategy, and analytics, while focusing on process management and improvement.Business Operations Manager, Ads Responsibilities

• Improve processes and coordinate deliverables across many teams within Finance, as well as teams outside of Finance
• Create/socialize narratives and influence outcomes and decisions (not just report on analytics)
• Drive elements of company-wide revenue forecast cycles: long-range plan (LRP), annual budget, and quarterly forecasts
• Maintain/create core reporting and analytics infrastructure and models while proactively surfacing opportunities
• Develop a quantitative and qualitative understanding of Meta’s ads business model
• Create business partnerships with leaders of all levels and functions across data science and product teams

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business strategy, finance, analytics, or planning
• BS, BA, or MS in Economics, Business, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or other quantitative field
• Experience with Microsoft office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL
• MBA or MS in quantitative field
• Experience in investment banking/securities/finance or strategy/economic consulting
• Experience problem-solving individually and in a group setting
