Who will you be working with?
As a member of the Cabs team, you will be responsible for overseeing Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery for your designated areas within Main and Rad Cab. With your leadership and guidance, we expect to be best in class on all safety metrics including recordable rate, days away from work and near misses. You will be responsible to ensure the quality of the work will be up to and exceed targets set by the quality manufacturing team. Furthermore, you will lead the team in achieving cost and delivery goals set forth in each area. You will also be expected to bring a continuous improvement culture to ensure that the Cabs team is cost competitive and efficient. And all aspects of the business.

What do we want to know about you?
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or High School Diploma / GED) or 5-10 years of operations experience in a manufacturing setting (in lieu of degree requirement)
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing
- Demonstrated leadership skills in cross-functional environment
- Effectively lead salaried and hourly teams
- Ability to collect and analyze data to help drive decision making across the business
- Adaptability to address complex issues while still delivering to the customer
- Self-directed, detail oriented and highly organized
What will your typical day look like?
- Direct day-to-day operations and ensure business strategies and plan achieve profitability goals
- Create, execute, and review operational policies and procedures
- Manage assets, maintenance and tooling while driving cost reduction
- Develop and maintain manpower forecasts
- Develop and implement process/continuous improvement initiatives with cross functional team
- Design performance metrics to provide traceability and advance tactical and strategic business goals
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to hourly and salary team
- Maintain Safety and Quality standards by reducing the risk for hazards and defects
- Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs
- Execute routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and/or contribute to technological developments in teams under supervision
- Manage the recruitment, hiring, and training of salary and hourly employees
- Lead communications and presentations with direct team and leadership
- Lead cross functional initiatives that will improve operations in the Kitting plant and overall
- Manage and develop a team of front-line supervisors
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between $77,400 -$110,300 .
The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change a
