If this sounds like you, we'd love to stay connected!</strong></em></p> <p>The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for building and maintaining an excellent working relationship with our Marketing and Account Executives. This position will be a major change agent at Spring Health, having impact and influence with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility. The ideal candidate enjoys testing and learning to ultimately become an effective seller and leader. In addition, we are seeking creative and passionate individuals eager to develop their skill sets to be successful long term in their careers who believe in honesty and transparency. This is a 40-hour-per-week, hourly (non-exempt) role with a standard schedule of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break), Monday through Friday. In-office days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for the BDR team. </p> <p><strong>Please note: This position requires working out of our NYC office 3x a week at 60 Madison Ave.</strong></p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Help develop outreach strategy, content, in-bound lead process, and development programs for the BDR team </li> <li>Prospect into Fortune 1000 companies and other employers through a combination of email, phone call, and other sales channels</li> <li>Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account
