Job Summary
Balboa is looking to expand our Sales team by adding a highly motivated professional who is eager to learn and excels in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-impact, high-reward sales role with uncapped commissions. You will be responsible for developing new OEM relationships, driving pull-through demand, and helping shape the future of our sales strategy. This is a remote position. Moderate travel will be required.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Generate and close new business in our OEM segment
• Create solutions for customers based on Balboa’s broad product portfolio
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine go-to-market strategies
• Report pipeline updates and key insights directly to the Director of Sales

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience (manufacturing, electronics, or tech preferred)

Required Skills/Abilities

• A builder - someone who thrives in fast-moving, lightly structured environments
• Strong communicator who can convey technical solutions clearly
• Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
• Experience in the spa or pool industry (not required)
• Technical aptitude or background in control systems or electronics (not required)

Salary Range

• $58,656.00
• Base salary with aggressive commission structure
• Uncapped earning potential
• Travel expenses reimbursed
