Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.  This is a remote opportunity.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support facilitation of stakeholder workshops as needed.

• Engages directly with stakeholders, end users and technical teams and independently leads and facilitates working group sessions to elicit requirements for development of HR, Finance, Operations, and other Enterprise systems.

• Plans for and facilitates backlog grooming and requirement gathering meetings to discuss and document business requirements and create relevant artifacts, such as process flows, business rules, data flows, as-is and to-be business processes, and reporting needs.

• Develops, analyzes, evaluates, and advises on methods and techniques to improve organization, work processes, procedures, information systems, documentation, and similar functions.

• Responsible for identifying problems and developing recommendations, as well as coordinating action with program team and the client.

• Assists with the development of testing and user training materials.

• Supports UAT process and generate bugs and enhancements from findings, as well as support the UAT feedback meetings.

• Responsible for identifying problems and developing recommendations, as well as coordinating action with program team and the client.

• Selects appropriate analysis methodologies and documentation standards. 

• Leads analysis of alternatives for improving organizations and business processes. 

• Anticipates requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and designing appropriate solutions. 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business, or related degree.

• 10+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst or relevant experience.

• Ability to work with stakeholders virtually.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Proven excellent meeting leadership and facilitation skills.

• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Power Platform - including the ability to create data to support demos and testing endeavors.

• Experience working in an Agile Scrum team and guiding the team in Agile Scrum principles/practices.

• Familiarity with ADO, JIRA, or other project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certifications.

• CSM Certification.

• Prior consulting experience with DoD or federal clients. 

• Experience in Higher Education.

Security Clearance Requirements:

• US Citizenship required background check.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $130,500-$217,500. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
