We craft bitesize awareness and education driven by behavioural science, phishing simulation, risk and culture reporting tools.. with more to come. </p> <p>As a Senior Product Manager at SoSafe, you’ll be part of a rapidly growing company and cross-functional team that will bring this vision to life. Join us and instead of being an IT assistant when you go home for the holidays, you’ll be an all-year-round cybersecurity consultant for your friends and family instead — “Do you think this email from Prince Gimmedollars is legit?” 😉</p> <p><strong>Your mission</strong></p> <ul> <li>You’ll work with a diverse team of people and skills — Product Management, Engineering, Design, Content, Learning, Success, Sales — in your day-to-day role. You’ll be a leader and evangelist for your product within SoSafe. </li> <li>You’ll identify opportunities that have meaningful impact for our customers and business, creating a compelling and coherent roadmap that aligns with our strategy. </li> <li>You’ll bring a range of qualitative and quantitative insights together to fully understand the problems you’re solving and the outcomes you hope to achieve. You’ll bring your team and the rest of the company along on this journey. </li> <li>You’ll collaborate with your team and others to explore the many ways you could solve these problems and align on a solution. You think big, but also know that shipping small, coherent iterations of your work is the quickest way to learn and unlock value. </li> <li>You’ll focus on the outcomes of your work, thinking about the impact you have across the entire customer lifecycle. You take what you learn by thinking about the success or failure of a feature and incorporate it into your plans for your product. </li> <li>You’ll work with other PMs and leaders to level up our Product Management craft and team. You’ll take on projects that help us all be better at what we do. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Your profile</strong></p> <ul> <li>You’ve taken a product or complex feature from idea to customer adoption multiple times. You’ve seen usage and commercial success in your products (and you share of failures too!). You’ve built experience that gives you good product judgment and know how to execute on it. </li> <li>Creating and using qualitative and quantitative insights is second nature to you. You love feedback and know how to make the most of it, for your product and your own career growth. </li> <li>We’re a scale-up company, which means we’re constantly learning and improving how we work. You have experience navigating and driving this kind of change and you can point to examples from previous roles. </li> <li>You ideally have experience in a B2B SaaS business, ideally in cybersecurity or in a regulated industry.
