Connect with your team through regular building and company events, fostering a strong community and collaborative spirit 🌟</li> <li><strong>Multi-Sports Card</strong>: Enjoy access to various sports and fitness activities with our substituted multi-sport card, helping you stay active and healthy! 🏋️‍♂️ </li> </ul><p><br/></p><ul> </ul><ul> </ul><ul> </ul><ul> </ul><p><strong>What You will Do:</strong><br/><br/></p><ul> <li>Record and post all financial transactions, including invoices, bank statements, fixed assets, provisions, currency valuations, deferred taxes, and accruals, in compliance with accounting rules and tax regulations.<br/> </li> <li>Maintain accounting records, general ledger, and sub-ledgers; reconcile balances with counterparties and sub-ledger journals (accounts receivable, inventory, fixed assets, etc.).<br/> </li> <li>Consolidate and reconcile balances and transactions across group companies.<br/> </li> <li>Prepare tax returns (VAT, CIT, withholding tax) and other reports for internal purposes and external institutions (National Bank of Poland, Central Statistical Office, Tax Office).<br/> </li> <li>Cooperate with external institutions, participate in tax inspections and audits, and support controlling and compliance activities.<br/> </li> <li>Develop, document, and maintain business processes, accounting procedures, and internal control policies.<br/> </li> <li>Participate in optimization initiatives, project roll-outs, and cross-departmental cooperation.<br/> </li> <li>Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p><strong> Preferred Background: </strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><ul> <li><strong>Educational Background: </strong>Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in financial and accounting principles.</li> <li><strong>Practical Experience: </strong>3–5 years of professional experience in accounting, with familiarity with Polish tax regulations and JPK reporting.</li> <li><strong>Technical Proficiency: </strong>Skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.</li> <li><strong>Analytical Skills: </strong>Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking, essential for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.</li> <li><strong>Communication Skills: </strong>Good English communication skills, sufficient for daily work in a
