Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced, “Hands On” Director of IT Infrastructure to lead and oversee our core infrastructure functions (Networking, Systems, Cloud Computing and IAM). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure our IT infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure to support our rapidly growing business. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive technological innovation, manage a talented team, and align IT initiatives with our company goals.
Qualifications

- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT infrastructure strategy that aligns with Vuori’s technology and business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of robust and secure network infrastructure.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of network services.
- Develop and execute network standards that can scale globally.
- Manage the administration and maintenance of all server and storage systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Implement and oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Monitor system performance and address any issues proactively to minimize downtime.
- Develop and execute a cloud strategy that leverages cloud services to enhance scalability, flexibility, and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure the security, compliance, and governance of cloud environments.
- Manage and evolve our IAM solutions to ensure secure and efficient access to IT resources.
- Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Develop and execute an operational strategy that supports Vuori’s rapid business growth into global markets.
Who you are:
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical expertise in networking, systems administration, cloud computing, and IAM.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing IT infrastructure strategies and managing large-scale IT projects.
- Experience executing and maintaining infrastructure in a global company.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Experience working within fast paced rapidly growing company.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple projects at once and maintain documentation and reporting.
- A change agent who challenges the status quo.
- Results-oriented, detailed, energetic, and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
- Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.

The salary range for this role is $180,000 per year - $210,000 per year.
This role is bonus eligible.
