Responsibilities and Impact:
You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and build your network by working on a global scale across the People Team.
Collaborate effectively with People Partners, Centers of Excellence, & other stakeholders
Provide support to operations and project teams to implement process and operational changes across the team.
Provide fact-based interpretation and analysis of findings.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $20 to $30.
This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Drive to achieve personal and team objectives
Demonstrate exceptional learning agility, creativity, and problem-solving ability
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
