This position ensures the maintenance of a safe, efficient, and quality-focused environment by conducting pre-surgical evaluations, providing patient and family education, assisting with surgical procedures, managing patient flow, and maintaining meticulous patient records in both electronic and physical formats.</p> <p><strong>Pay and Hours:</strong></p> <p>Pay range is $25 - $27 hourly, Hours are Monday - Thursday, 10 hours daily.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p> <p>To perform effectively in this role, the candidate must fulfill the following duties with or without reasonable accommodations:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct initial assessments and review health survey data to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to patient needs.</li> <li>Provide detailed pre-operative and post-operative education to patients and their families, ensuring understanding and compliance with care instructions.</li> <li>Prepare the surgical area by organizing necessary instruments, equipment, and anesthesia.</li> <li>Assist the surgeon during procedures, including scrubbing in, handing instruments, cutting sutures, and maintaining a sterile operative field.</li> <li>Ensure the surgical environment remains clean, organiz
