This position combines hands-on customer care with a structured Advanced Career Pathway, offering exposure to enterprise systems, real-world projects, and formal training. It’s ideal for candidates seeking to build a long-term professional career within a regulated finance environment.

Minimum Qualification:

• Completed university-level qualification in Finance or a closely related discipline

Essential Skills and Experience:

• At least one year in a customer-facing role (customer service, call center, or support)

• Demonstrated interest in building a long-term finance career

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Competence with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn enterprise systems

• Strong work ethic and integrity in all interactions

Desirable Skills:

• Exposure to financial data analysis or automation tools (Excel macros, SQL, or scripting)

• Understanding of the end-to-end lending process, including credit assessment, settlement, and loan maintenance

• Awareness of process improvement and quality assurance principles in financial operations

• Experience using workflow and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Power BI

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with payment matters, discharges, and post-settlement enquiries

• Support Lending Managers, Brokers, and Mortgage Managers with client information

• Perform administrative tasks across multiple platforms accurately and efficiently

• Manage phone and email communications professionally

• Identify opportunities for referrals and process improvements

• Build knowledge of financial products, operational processes, and regulatory requirements
