As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will report directly to the Head of Customer Experience Department. The Customer Experience team aims to be a one-stop shop for our customers; from the time a customer calls to enquire about a vehicle, to any follow-up questions a customer may have after they return and everything in between. Customer service excellence is the most crucial part of this role!
Your primary responsibilities in the role will include the following:
Develop and maintain customer relationships with corporate, leisure & commercial customersManage all aspects of a customer’s experience both online and over the phoneCommunicate with our suppliers providing accurate information regarding reservations, availability, and location informationLiaise with locations and departments to follow up on customer feedback k ensure a swift and accurate responseMeet specified time-frames and quality standardsMaintain documentation and records to high standardsGeneral administration dutiesAbout You
Our ideal candidate will have had previous demonstrated experience in customer service and/or the claims handling process and will have the following skills and attributes:
