What we are looking for:
- In-office Human Resource Manager (this is not a hybrid or remote position) for a small security business located in Roseville, CA, up to 300 employees.
- Bilingual in fluent English & Spanish is required
- Ability to multitask
Pay: $72,000 - $78,000 per year, depending on experience

Shift Available:
Monday - Friday 0800-1700 with a one hour unpaid lunch
Qualifications
Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Filing Paperwork such as organizing and maintaining employee files.
- Use of Google programs such as docs, sheets and email.
- Reporting directly to the Vice President
- Must be flexible and able to travel periodically/regularly, depending on company needs.
- District Manager Support
- Proper employee documentation
- General Office Duties
- Compliance and Licensing to ensure all employees meet state and local security licensing requirements
- Track licensing and permit renewal dates, communicating with employees and management proactively
- Employee relations, including assisting with conflict resolution, investigations and employee disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies, California Labor Laws, and Federal laws
- Promote a positive work culture and ensure ethical and professional conduct across the company
- Collaborate with operations managers, address performance issues, and implement improvement plans
- Assist employees with benefit enrollment, eligibility questions, and leave of absence requests.
