Client Care Supervisor (STNA/HHA)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Care Supervisor (CCS) to join our home care team at Freedom Caregivers in Mansfield, Ohio. Starting pay is up to $16.50/hr. depending on experience.

As a CCS, you'll play a crucial role in the overall growth of the branch. The CCS provides home care services to new clients when needed, assists with training caregivers, and provides administrative office support in the day-to-day operations of the branch. This position is a balance between working in the office and caring for clients or training new caregivers in the field. This is a 40 hour per week role, with part-time hours in the field and part-time hours in the office. A typical schedule is Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm, but some flexibility in the schedule will be necessary at times.
The ideal candidate is either an STNA or HHA with the ability to provide excellent customer service to clients, be a leader on the frontline of home care, and perform office tasks such as filing, scanning, answering phones, and more. The Client Care Supervisor is an entry level position where top performers can grow into full-time administrative roles within the Agency if desired.
What you'll be doing as a Client Care Supervisor:

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the branch office including but not limited to filing, scanning, record management, organization and cleaning, and other tasks.
• Provide in-home care to new clients until a permanent caregiver is in place, starting our clients out with the best possible care.
• Lead efforts to ensure a positive first impression on new clients and new caregivers.
• Learning and growing as a leader in the home care industry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of healthcare or home health experience as an STNA or HHA.
• Must be able to use a smart phone and computer proficiently, office experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing.
• Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
