Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Talent Management, Manager to join our Talent Management team.

About the role
You will help Oscar create a strategic approach to talent management that matches the maturity of our organization and is set up to grow as we do into the next 3-5 years. Working with diverse partners to create talent programs and manager training that allow Oscar employees to have greater transparency into the processes of performance, calibration and where they stand concerning their own development.
You will report to the Sr. Director, People Programs.
This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington, D.C. The base pay for this role is: $97,200 - $121,575 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Program manage talent management programs from conception to implementation, including proposals, project plans, communication/resourcing plans
- Collaborate, communicates, and gains agreement with important partners across the People team (People Strategy, HR, Compensation, People Ops, MarComms) to ensure successful implementation of talent management programs
- Oversee the maintenance and execution of the performance management system, including performance evaluation instruments, development plans, and succession planning
- Oversee and support HRIS configuration and testing for all talent processes
- Manage a project team to guide end-to-end performance cycle processes year round, across geographies, engaging diverse partners around shared goals
- Use the right technology tools/platforms and provide insights for action
- Use predictive analytics to inform talent management, performance and talent planning
- People manages a coordinator who executes on Talent Management's operational tasks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of consulting or internal learning & Development experience where you have participated in or advised on calibration and succession planning activities
- 2+ years of direct experience leading performance management
- Experience building scalable processes
- Experience leading cross-functional programs
- Experience defining & measuring impact of performance management processes

Pay Transparency:
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
