Quality Control Tech

Performs inspections, collects samples, measure products and assures product meets both customer and Internal requirements.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Attention to detail and work quality.
2. Good mathematical aptitude.
3. Good organizational and communication skills.
4. Capable of reading a ruler, and other measuring equipment.
5. Able to work different shifts, as assigned.
6. Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to interface with all departments.
7. Must have and maintain an excellent attendance record.
8. Must possess computer skills.
9. Ability to use good logic skills to place materials on hold when needed.
10. Secure tailgate samples.
11. Receiving inspection
12. Process inspection
13. Final inspection
14. Ensure product meets requirements.

 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds intermittently.
2. Normal vision.
3. Ability to stand and walk for substantial time.
