Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week
The HRIS Associate supports the HRIS team, within HR Services & Solution, in assessing and implementing new system functionality, trouble-shooting issues, and deploying enhancements. The individual in this position must have experience with the Recruiting and Onboarding modules of SuccessFactors as well as the Talent Acquisition piece of Eightfold. The position will work closely with the current subject matter experts to ensure all business needs are met and fully enabled. The HRIS Associate is expected to develop an understanding of overall system integration, capabilities and new functionality that will impede the customer and HR user experience.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop relationships with business users and support customers with system issues
• Examine release notes and new functionality and make recommendations to management for future progress and process improvements
• Assist in deploying new functionality, enhancements, and system fixes
• Partner with the SuccessFactors and Eightfold support team in configuring systems to support HR business processes
• Engage with others on the team and in the community on process improvement through technology and research solutions and best practices
• Interpret business requirements to develop meaningful solutions
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Operations, or HR is preferred
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, specifically in SuccessFactors and Eightfold configuration
• Knowledge of key HR business processes, specifically in the Talent Acquisition space
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to summarize and clearly explain information to others
• A self-starter with the ability to operate independently but to also partner as part of a team
• Quick learner, able to pick up new skills and knowledge quickly
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and external partners
• Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and resourceful
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $65,000-$83,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
