The Job:  

As Senior Support Manager, you’ll be part of our Global Supply Management (“GSM”) Global Supply Chain (“GSC”) Indirect Global Procurement (“IGP”) organization, working as a virtual employee.    The role is responsible for Reporting, proactive Project Management, and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Documentation creation and maintenance in support of the IT Procurement team and global Business and Functional unit stakeholder base. This is a remote position without direct reports. You’ll get to:  

• Reporting: For IT contracts, IT projects, IT strategy, and more, reconcile, create, maintain and reconcile detailed contract, budget and other trackers with various systems (Contract Lifecycle Management, Intake/ Case Management, Other). Deliver presentations on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as Cost Savings, Working Capital Payment Terms, Cycle Time and Spend Analytics. Provide status updates to stakeholders in IT, Finance, Procurement and others.

• Project Management & Escalation Handling for Contract Renewals: research, track and report status of IT contract renewals, following up with IT Business Owners, IT Procurement Team and others to ensure contracts are executed on time for timely purchase order creation, escalating to Leadership as needed.

• Create “SOPs” or Standard Operating Procedures process documentation for IT Procurement reporting (example: how to validate and cleanse data to ensure accuracy, how to update trackers) in support of future system automation objectives.

• 8+ years Finance or equivalent experience with global, complex, strategic initiatives/ corporate environment. Management consulting background preferred.
• Familiarity with Strategic Procurement and/or IT (hardware, software, IT related labor) highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, or other quantitative discipline. MBA preferred.
• Expert Level proficiency in Excel (VBA/macros not required).
• Core Competencies: Analytical Skills (Data/Financial/ Price Analysis), Project/Time Management, Problem Solving, Communication/ Presentation, Results Orientation, Relationship Building, Business & Professional Acumen.
