Advanced Practice Practitioner

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing patient care in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline operations.
• Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention strategies.
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve care delivery.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field with a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in urgent care or primary care settings.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions under pressure.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and documentation practices.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
