MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.
Regional Director - Adult Day Health Centers
Location: Western Massachusetts (Springfield / Worcester area)
Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid | Exempt | On-call as needed
Salary: $100,000–$120,000/year + Mileage Reimbursement + Bonus Eligible
Are you an experienced healthcare leader ready to oversee multi-site operations and drive meaningful impact? Join our team as a Regional Director, where you’ll lead operations across 9 Adult Day Health centers in Western Massachusetts, ensuring high-quality care, strong team performance, and continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and operational oversight for a multi-site region
• Supervise and support Program Directors and regional teams
• Drive strategic initiatives aligned with organizational and state goals
• Ensure quality of care and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, P&L, and cost management
• Monitor census, referrals, and admissions to meet growth targets
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and company standards
• Oversee incident management, safety programs, and quality assurance efforts
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies
• Support employee development, engagement, and performance management
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Healthcare, Business, or related field)
• Management experience in healthcare required
• Experience overseeing multiple sites or programs strongly preferred
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Ability to travel regularly within the region
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
