In your role as a regional Product Manager for Clinicals in the Americas, you will drive the commercial success of our D&A Clinicals portfolio in the Americas region. You will work closely with the regional Marketing, Sales and Communication teams, as well as the headquarter functions of the Clinicals & Efficiency Product Line and the headquarter support functions.

General Information:

In your role as a regional Product Manager for Clinicals in the Americas, you will drive the commercial success of our D&A Clinicals portfolio in the Americas region. You will work closely with the regional Marketing, Sales and Communication teams, as well as the headquarter functions of the Clinicals & Efficiency Product Line and the headquarter support functions.

What are my responsibilities?

As part of the Clinical & Efficiency team of the Digital & Automation business line your responsibilities include:

  • Successful management of the interfaces between regional sales organization, global sales and HQ roles in the product line (especially product management, operations, development)

  • Coordination of key customer sites and general roll-out strategy in the Americas region during the roll-out of current and future Clinical Software solutions

  • Responsible for KOL development, establishing reference sites, and adoption of the D&A Clinical Software portfolio in the region

  • Support implementation and optimization of at customer sites

  • Support definition and execution of collaboration projects

  • Be the region’s advocate to analyze, scope and define future product development together with the HQ team

  • Work closely with the pre-development team in Princeton, New Jersey, to ensure a mutually successful strategy for bringing the most relevant and successful AI offerings to the market

  • Key expert for AI in relevant clinical fields, technologies, and competition / partners

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • You hold a university degree in medicine, engineering (preferably with a focus on medicine/medical technology), computer science or a comparable discipline

  • You offer many years of relevant experience in customer projects within the international healthcare sector and have experience in leveraging project management and business development methodologies to succeed.

  • You have a broad understanding of the healthcare industry, radiology, medical imaging products and internal processes of healthcare providers.

  • You have a solid track-record of working in cross-functional teams, ideally within project management, product management, service or sales.

  • You have demonstrated strong organizational skills, are self-motivated, goal-oriented, excel at analytical thinking and are highly responsible.

  • Fluent command of the English language is mandatory, additional relevant languages are beneficial.

  • Ability to travel national and international is mandatory (>30%)

  • Home base preferably close to our NAM offices in Malvern, PA or Princeton, NJ

  • Host-based delegation from Germany to USA for a time of 3 or more years is an option
