Operational Software Technician

Starting at $20/hour
*Salary is negotiable, depending on experience, skillset, and certifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide overall administrative support to Operational Software Director.
• Technical representative for West Region Operational Software.
• Respond to assigned tickets as an escalation point person for internal customers providing IT platform support on Operational software.
• Create, update, and support reports that preset information from the platform.
• Participate in the design, development, and operational enhancements for Operational software.
• Assist in the designing, supporting, and insuring accuracy of new data imports and exports.
• Assist in the develop standards for data analysis, the development of reports and provide summaries and feedback to management.
• Assist with Operational Software training for UES team members.
• Assist with Operational Software deployments.
• Project planning and reporting of project statuses.
• Provide assistance in projecting hardware and software requirements.
• Document and develop technical process manuals, and/or SOPs for help desk efficiency Troubleshoot and provide resolution to any issues within Operational software.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
• Other duties as assigned by your Supervisor

Required Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented with on point organizational skills
• Strong analytical and investigation skills -Must be able to resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner and be resourceful
• Excellent customer verbal and written customer service skill
• Problem-solving skills with a can do attitude
• Ability to effectively communicate information with all levels of the organization
• Able to follow and retain instructions, learn new tasks quickly while working in a faced paced environment with a high volume of work
