ChristinaCare is hiring a full time Administrative Service Coordinator for our Cancer Care Management department in the Helen F. Graham Center in Newark, DE.

The administrative services coordinator partners with the fellowship leadership and COC leadership to ensure efficient delivery of services around Tumor conference coordination and management of the fellowship programs in Oncology.  Coordinate day to day operational, business, and communication needs. 

Tumor Conference
•    Coordinates and attends assigned cancer conferences, arranges conferences per physician request.  Coordinates any changes with all appropriate departments.
•    Organizes all medical information and films needed for case presentations.
•    Communicates required information to all involved disciplines participating on cases.
•    Prepares and /or distributes case lists, PDQ searches, appropriate staging forms, research protocols, cancer treatment algorithms and CME evaluations.
•    Prepares CME certifications for al doctors attending conferences.
•    Secures conference facilities, equipment and catering as needed.
•    Maintains documentations to support ACoS standards and CME compliance.

Fellowship programs in Oncology:
•    Manages the recruitment and onboarding of employed and rotating fellows.  
 

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 8 hours shifts
  • Schedule can vary due to conferences
  • 6:15am start required few days/month

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate, minimal requirement.
  • 2 years relevant experience
