What You'll Do:

 

As a Technology Deployment Manager, you’ll lead high impact projects aimed at deploying Lubrizol technology platforms into the marketplace. You will also provide project support to the technology development team.

 

• Translates customer and OEM technical needs into a technical plan, leading a team to execute plans efficiently within set timelines and budgets.

• Optimize product platforms and oversees required testing to develop and commercialize products for OEMs and oil company customers.
• Provide technical support, addressing field and product integrity issues for assigned customers and OEMs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and OEMs to deliver products that align with their needs and Lubrizol’s Driveline strategic objectives.
• Support Lubrizol and customer interests through active participation in industry activities.
• Accurately schedule, compile, analyze and interpret data from laboratory and mechanical tests to inform decisions and project direction.
• Ensure all actions related to technology deployment uphold health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Deliver robust, commercially viable formulas that ensure product quality and reliability in real-world applications.
• Leverage internal and external networks to rapidly address technical challenges and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate reports, presentations and project documentation for customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external test laboratories to secure appropriate resources and meet business objectives.
• Represent Lubrizol’s interests by creating and delivering presentations to customers as needed.
• Provide project specialist support to technology development team as needed.��
